ADRRN’s vision for 2030 is to transform Asia into the most resilient region in the world. To strengthen its organisational capacity and build on existing knowledge of inclusive, locally-led climate adaptation, ADRRN, along with its partners IRC and Duryog Nivaran for the Strengthening Inclusive Disaster Risk Governance for Climate Resilience in Asia (SIDRRA) project, has been awarded funding from the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA)

The initiative will provide grant funding to ADRRN members for projects that demonstrate real consultation with affected communities, ensure inclusivity of all populations, and prioritise building climate resilience. Applications are encouraged to draw upon existing knowledge and learnings from others which will be shared at regional platforms such as APMCDRR 2026 and RHPW 2026.
